Acceptance of Order

Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us either by sending You an email which is received by You explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to You with a dispatch note issued to You by us. Receipt of an order via the Tackle-up website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason.

Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, despatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by You.

General Sales

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Tackle-up will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.
All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates unless you select a different currency. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout. Saturday deliveries are possible at additional cost, dependant on area. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Right of Cancellation

The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing Tackle-up in writing, Via e-mail (receipt needed) or on the phone. Within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period").
Goods - from the date the order is accepted by Tackle-up until fourteen days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Tackle-up in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Alternatively Tackle-up can arrange the return or exchange of the goods. Tackle-up will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of delivery to Tackle-up where necessary unless we have made an error.

Pricing

Retail selling prices include value added tax at the UK standard rate. This is not a TAX invoice.
Our buying team at Tackle-up is constantly monitoring the major competition to ensure that our prices are as competitive as possible.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Tackle-up or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Tackle-up takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact our sales team to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

If a product offered by Tackle-up itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
