Click & Collect

With our click and collect service at Tackle Up, you can shop online from the entire range, place your order and collect it for free from our store in Felixstowe, Suffolk in as little as 1 hour. View our click and collect opening times and days.

Click and Collect Process

Step 1: Once you have completed your online shop, head on over to your shopping basket.

Step 2: Click on Checkout.

• If you have an account enter your email address, click on I have an account, enter your password and click Proceed.
• If you do not have an account click Continue as a guest.

Step 3: Enter your details, billing address, and select I would like to collect my order in store under Collection.

Step 4: You will receive an email with your order details.

Step 5: Once your order is ready we will contact you via email to arange a delivery date.

Note

All Click & Collect customers will be emailed when their order is ready to be picked up.

Please bring your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
