Whether you are out camping on an angling trip, or you are having a party in the garden, the Coleman FastPitch Shelter XL will give you a quick and easy way to provide yourself with reliable coverage. This will be important for a mixture of weather. If the sun is blazing, then the shelter will protect you from getting burned. But it will also keep you dry when there are those lovely summer downpours!

A sun shelter is especially crucial for young children who might want to play outside but who will become exhausted by the blast of UV if they are not protected from the sun. But, on the other hand, the shelter is just as effective if the heavens open and you want to keep the garden gathering going. You never know which way the weather will turn, even in the summer! The outer material gives you protective coverage with a 1000 Hydrostatic Head level of water repellence.

Coleman has cleverly designed their shelter so that this speed of set-up is no longer a dream but a reality. You will be amazed how this quick setup allows you to bask in the spacious shelter of 20.25m2. All across this space, there is ample headroom, with 282cm at the centre and 188cm at the sides.

Once the shelter has been set up, it is very impressive how well it performs. One of the key aspects of this high performance is something that might often go unnoticed. Whereas some large shelters look like they are blocking the sun and creating cooling shade, but they are not actually stopping all that much UV light from coming through their material, this Coleman XL shelter gives you 99.9% UV protection. This is in fact up to 7 times more UV protection on average than other shelters on the market. Plus, thanks to the advanced coating of the inner fabric and the sun walls, the Shelter XL not only offers UV protection of UPF 50+, but it can also reduce the temperature by 5%.

If you are setting up the shelter for a party, then you can have it up at its full height. However, if you have it set up for some playtime or garden story-time with the little ones, you can always lower the height using the four retractable legs. Not only does this give you a way of quickly and easily adjusting the height, but it also means that you can securely stabilize the shelter when the winds get stronger. The steel pole structure as well as the polyester microfiber shell material used is overall very reliable, sturdy and long-lasting. Little features such as the taped seams ensure that no rain gets through.

We post up to 12.30pm each day, if you require next day delivery for a delivery please call the shop to make sure this can be done. Bulky items over the value of £60 will be sent via Fedex or ParcelForce Next Day courier service.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Large items orders weighing over 2kg will usually be sent on next day delivery requiring a signature upon delivery. Smaller items will be despatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class or a recorded service value dependant. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges, please contact before buying for a quote on postage if any of these apply to you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in there original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
