ProLogic Element 8000 XD BF Carp Reel 74713

ProLogic's new series of Element Carp Reels are built with a graphite body and rotor which is at once strong and lightweight. All across the design the Element 8000 XD BF strikes this ideal balance between lightness and strength. Another aspect that jumps out when you are using the reel is its exquisite smoothness. The ultra-reliable carbon drag system for instance is there to ensure that you can play with the fish and tire it before you net it, whilst never risking a snapped line. The smooth action is also helped in no small measure by the internal mechanism's generous 6+1 sealed steel ball bearings (IAR stainless). These will allow for smoothness even under the most severe of retrieve pressure.

You can push this reel to where you think the limits usually are, and you will be surprised to see that this reel just keeps on going strong. Its durability and longevity is achieved by such details as its corrosion-resistant component parts. When you look at the quality of the stainless steel drag washers, stainless main shaft, and graphite spare spool, you will see that this is a serious piece of kit which is built to last. The characteristics of stainless steel are such that it can withstand all sorts of strain and impact without sustaining any integral damage. This also goes for graphite, which has the additional benefit of not undergoing damage in the heat that arises through the friction of movement.

We also love the addition of the super slow oscillation system. This ultra-slow worm shaft oscillation gives you a highly effective line lay over the spool; this comes in handy for long-distance casting. The Element 8000 XD BF is not just built to be strong and efficient, however, as it also looks the part too. This is a high-performance reel that looks just as good as it feels when you are using it. We post up to 12.30pm each day, if you require next day delivery for a delivery please call the shop to make sure this can be done. Bulky items over the value of £60 will be sent via Fedex or ParcelForce Next Day courier service.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Large items orders weighing over 2kg will usually be sent on next day delivery requiring a signature upon delivery. Smaller items will be despatched either by Royal Mail 1st Class or a recorded service value dependant. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges, please contact before buying for a quote on postage if any of these apply to you.

Availability

Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in there original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
