Campingaz Gas Canisters & Partygrills
Campingaz gas canisters & refills
Campingaz's small, portable and reliable blue camping canisters were the first product which they set out to develop back in the mid-century, and they have been at the core of their collection ever since. Today, their gas canisters have been fine tuned for ease of use, safety and performance. One feature that we love is that, where once disconnecting the canister would produce potentially dangerous flare ups, Campingaz's canisters have a system in place to automatically reduce the majority of residual gas from escaping the cartridge whenever they are accidentally disconnected.
Campingaz camping partygrills
The Campingaz Party Grill is an absolute essential for anyone who wants to make the most of the outdoors. This could mean a weekend angling trip, or it could mean a hike or cycle holiday with the family. These compact stove setups have a long running time, as well as a quick boil time of 3 mins 50 secs, so that you can get that morning cup of tea or coffee going with ease as you greet the sun. They are also great for cooking, featuring lots of well thought out additional details, such as a compartment to collect fat as you cook. This not only makes for healthier food, but it also makes for better quality cooking: you won't have to worry about fat dripping down and causing flames to flare up and give you an unevenly cooked, or even fully burned, dinner.
Campingaz camping supplies
There are plenty of other camping supplies that Campingaz provide to ensure that your al fresco mealtimes are just as you would like them. These additional accessories include replacement grills and replacement griddles, so that you can keep your setup fresh when your stove itself is still functioning smoothly but your veteran greasy grills and griddles need to be swapped out for new ones.
Campingaz began in 1949 when three French engineer friends set out on a camping holiday with their families in Lyon. The thought struck them: why is there such a lack of portable cooking equipment? It wasn't as though no-one was camping. This was in the post-war period when mandatory work holidays were being introduced, so many more people in France were hitting the road and having adventures in the countryside. The three co-founders of Campingaz - Gabriel Corlet, André Colomb and René Sillon - therefore took it on themselves to put this right. Today, their collection of highly practical, robust, and effective outdoor grills and accessories is a mark of how far things have come thanks to them!
