When you order online at Tackle Up you have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it at our fishing tackle store located in Felixstowe, Suffolk.

UK Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £30.

We charge £2.50 for orders under £30.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.

We do NOT ship items over 2kg to Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).

If you do place an order weighing over 2kg for delivery to these areas we will cancel and refund, if in doubt please email us to check first.

International Delivery

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the UK.

Delivery Times & Details

We aim to dispatch your orders the same day if placed by 12:00 noon Monday - Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon Monday - Friday or over the weekend will be disptached the next working day or within 48

*Please note: While we aim to disptach your order within 24-48 hours, we cannot always guarantee timed arrival due to courier factors beyond our control.

Larger items will be sent via courier who do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery (when an upgraded postage option has been selected) and collection cost. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

We use Royal Mail & ParcelForce to send out your orders.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days once dispatched.

ParcelForce 48: Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days once dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, we shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within estimated timescales.
